Return Policies

If the purchased product arrives damaged, incorrect or suffers any other incident with delivery, OROGRAF PUBLICIDAD, S.L., will send you a new product or refund the corresponding amount. It is necessary that on the same day of receipt of the incorrect order you send a photo of the item received to the email address incidencias@orograf.com indicating the number of your order. Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

Due to the personalized nature of the products, and in compliance with article 45 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade, there will be NO right of return in the case of manufactured goods that are delivered in perfect condition according to the customer's specifications.
